On a more recent visit to Windsor and its famous castle I took these photos.

Windsor is a living functioning castle, not least as there are numerous residents whose home it is, including HRH the Queen.

Saint George's chapel is a fully operational church with three or four services a day. It is also the burial location for a number of British Kings and Queens, as well as other royals. The members of the choir have apartments in the crescent in front where they live with their families.

The views around the castle and across Berkshire were enhanced towards the winter twilight.
