Chatsworth House is an impressive stately home and estate. It is the seat of the Duke of Devonshire and his family, as well as comprising farmland, villages and more.
When we returned to Chatsworth, it was before Christmas and a number of the rooms were impressively decorated and remodelled to represent scenes from the C.S. Lewis book, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
The gardens and grounds are kept beautifully and whilst some of it is quite typical and historically in keeping, other parts are distinctly landscaped with an interesting character.
